Friday 5th October 2012 - Niagara Falls to Lancaster
Today we had a huge day travelling from Niagara Falls leaving at 7.00am because we had to pass through the USA border which sometimes can cause delays if we get caught up with other bus lines trying to get through at the same time.
We had a smooth ride through to Lancaster stopping for lunch at a large supermarket that had huge supplies of pumpkins (getting ready for Halloween which is very big in America).  The supermarket sold absolutely everything including alcohol.

We arrived at Lancaster in time to view Hershey Farm which is a museum run by the Amish Families where we could view a typical farmhouse as it would have been lived in and the lifestyle that they embrace.  It was interesting to see and we had dinner there that night with a typical Amish Family who joined us for the meal and explained to us their way of life.  I could not take any photos of the dinner as they do not allow their images to be taken.  It was okay to take photos of the surroundings.
