The day developed into a very hot, windy uncomfortable day which gave me a good excuse to stay inside and play with the laptop computer on which I am still installing all the updated software. I have not used Vista windows before so I am on a learning curve.
I did buy some more plants for my garden with great expectations of getting out there but it was just too hot to be putting in new plants. Perhaps tomorrow....
I did manage to see some of the golf & watch some good play from Andre Stoltz - our local golfer.
Dinner at the "Yellow Piano" - my favourite entertainment venue was really good. We enjoyed the meal and the Christmas catch up with George & Tosca, Ken & Marg and Neil & Di. Trevor Mellow (our host & entertainer) was in good form & got us up onto the dance floor. It was very noisy with the restaurant full of other Christmas revellers but we did manage to get some good travel stories from Neil & Di who have just got back from an extended trip around Australia.
