The month of April went very quickly as a lot of it was spent in Thailand where we had booked a private villa in a child free resort - Beyond Resort Khaolak, Thailand for 10 nights to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary.
We had perfect weather in Thailand and the resort was lovely. Most of our time was spent relaxing by the multiple pools at the resort, but we did do two day tours. One down South to see James Bond Island and a second one up north into the mountains for an elephant ride.
More in depth reports and photos of our holiday can be viewed on my travel blog. Click on my profile and select my travel blog there.
We arrived back home to reality in mid April and were quickly back into the golf and gardening scene.
We celebrated Grace's 2nd birthday and we got to have sleep overs for Joel and Emily in the school holidays.
The weather has been very warm for this time of the year.
