Our holiday moved at a very fast pace and I could not find enough hours in the day to keep both this blog and the Golfer's blog up to date - plus Wi Fi was not always available.
We have arrived home on schedule safe and sound after 49 days of touring the USA.
I will continue to update this blog until I catch up. Eventually all of my good holiday photos will be put on my travel blog (I have about 5,000 to choose from).
This post covers our last days in Las Vegas and our first daya in Boston.
Monday 24th September 2012 we had a relaxing day in Las vegas. It was a beautiful day and we spent some time at the beach (within the grounds of our resort and had a wander through the Casinos when we went out to dinner that night.
Tuesday 25th Setember 2012 we caught a limo to the airport to fly to Boston which was a good experience. The flight was easy and we saw a lot on the canyon country by air on the way to Boston.
We booked into our hotel with no problems.
Wednesday 26th September 2012 we had a free day in Boston checking out the city and found the bar that was featured in the TV "Cheers"show and had a beer there (os one does!). That evening we met up with the tour group made up mostly of Australians and the Tour Director. We also met up with four others from the Golf Club that were going on the same tour as us.
The weather in Boston was much cooler than Las vegas but still pleasant.
