It was Joel's big day today - his first time in hospital and Anne tells me he was very brave throughout the procedure. He was not too happy when he first came out but had settled down after a sleep by the time I got there. He was managing ice, jelly and ice cream without being sick while I was there and was coping well.
He is due home tomorrow morning all going well and we should see a new boy with no more tonsillitis which has been a major drawback for him.
It is my turn to mind Emily in the morning - can't wait! She is a sweetheart to look after.
